Thank you to all members of the team who took part in the Investors in People Review.
The Assessor reported consistent positive feedback against each of the IIP performance standards and the company received praise for the scope and range of development and training options available to our people - setting us apart from other organisations.
This is a really positive note to end 2007 and gives us energy and ethusiasm to continue to improve and develop our training plans over 2008.
